The Alder's Residence is a condo located in Tribeca, New York. This condo was designed with sustainability, aging in place, and comfortability in mind. Tribeca, New York is a very expensive place to live so this condo needed to be luxurious but also comfortable to live in. Industrial and modern design styles were used to create this final design. AutoCad, Sketchup, and Enscape were utilized throughout the creation of this project.
